Sore boobs 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’ve had sore boobs for a month and wacky cycles for a few months. I finally called docs. They wanna do blood pregnancy test but also check my thyroid. I’ve never had sore boobs like this before. I thought I was pregnant but af came. It only lasted a day then super spotty. I’m just feeling frustrated and confused. Anyone have any advice. Or thoughts on sore breasts with negative pregnancy tests.
