How are Pap smears tested?
I mean, I know how a Pap smear works but what’s the after process when they send it out to a lab? Does the lab do one person at a time which means my Pap smear stick just sits around until it’s my turn? Or do they do them all and take awhile to send back to the office?
It’s been a week and 1 day since my Pap and my ob keeps telling me they don’t have my results back yet.
