Having hard contractions but once an hour 🧐

So I’ve had BH contractions all throughout my pregnancy and quite often. Today I’ve noticed ones that are stronger and so for fun I decided to time them and realized they are one hour apart... am I crazy or do you think it’s possible labor is in the near future??? I’m 37 weeks and 3 days, 2 cm dilated as of last week.
