Thick white discharge

Sorry for asking but I have thick white discharge it gonna looks like it's a white web but only when I shower and wash there's no smell no blood and no itch I already have two kids and also had a m/c so I am a little worry but I did see the baby on a u/s so I was just asking if I should worry I'll be 8 weeks tmw
