Pull down when you're in the community and it's the three blue lines. Click that and there you go.

Go to "community" at the top where there are different topics.. Slide aaaaall the way to the right... Then pull the screen down. You should see in the top right corner 3 blue lines on top of each other click on that.

I can't find it either. Someone said it was under settings but I didn't see it.

Yes I read on a post you can put an age filter as to only see comments from people from a certain age,.  I kept reading you have to go into settings but have not see anything
