So I got my first positive opk yesterday. I got a few yesterday actually. So I baby danced last night and after baby dancing my opk was not a positive anymore (almost but not really). But my temperature jumped yesterday. Any ideas on if I ovulated? I also baby danced the 24th. I guess I’m just freaking out that I missed my chance.

Is don’t quite get the temp either but I wouldn’t worry about missing your chance I found out I was pregnancy last month (super happy) but surprised because I was poorly so we hardly did anything but whatever we did it worked, it only takes once and one little sperm. Good luck and baby dust to you

You have to wait a few days because you are looking for a trend. Remember to BD tonight too because ovulation occurs as early as 12 hours after LH peak, but as late as 36 hours after. I’d say you haven’t yet.

I am not familiar with the body temperature chart yet so I am not sure regarding that, but i believe that based on your opk you did ovulate. Good luck!
