39 weeks. No signs of Labour. What can I do ?
This morning I went for my 39 week check up and the doctor said my cervix is still up high and closed.
I feel so discouraged since I thought I would be having my baby soon.
I have been feeling more period like cramps and lower backache in the last days. And also more pressure.
What can I do to help baby drop into my pelvis and start dialating ?
Any advice is appreciated 😊
