hey people !

So I went took my last pill on June 4th and still no period. I think that I might have ovulated around June 20th as I had some stretchy cm. Today I woke up with sore nipples, which has happened to me like the week after stopping the pill also (I can lay on my stomach but when I stand up they erect and it feels sensitive against my t shirt). Could it be a sign of period coming soon? Also how should I count my cycle like does it start a week after stopping the pill or is CD1 the first day without pill?
