Tww?? When to test with very irregular period?

If I dont know when AF will start bc I am so irregular (sometimes I only have 2 periods a year, sometimes 2 a month) when should I take a hpt. I ovulated late monday evening into tuesday morning and glow says my next period should be 7-21. Should I just go by glow and test on the 21st?

How do you k ow when you ovulated? Are you tracking BBT and using OPKs? I've noticed a lot of people here think they're late or go by Glow's recommendations but it's just a guess. My current cycle I definitely ovulated later than usual and am certain Glow doesn't have the date right which would make my expected AF date wrong in the app. Just as an FYI! It can't hurt to try and test on 7/21 but without knowing your exact ovulation date and luteal phase it'll be hard to pinpoint exactly.

Generally after 10DPO you can test and might see a positive if you're lucky.

I'm irregular also, and my doctor told me to wait 2 weeks AFTER I think I'm supposed to get my period :-/ so the two week wait is like a 4 week wait. Idk if that's specific to just me though.
