When do you guys take your birth control pill?

i do mine at 6:45am because tgats when my boyfriend gets up for work and i also have to feed my 3 month old

I take mine right before I go to bed, I have a retainer which I have to wear to sleep so when I put that in I remember to take the pill. If you have something you do every night or morning it could help remind you. I get into bed and do a retainer and pill check x
