So I'm a preschool teacher and yes I'm on my feet ALOT (I did research) I noticed I have spider veins on my right leg and on both legs above my knees. Now I read online this can be hereditary and yes my mom and I think Grammy had spider veins not sure how young. Ugh I'm 33 is this Normal at my age? Do any of you have them? Or know If there is anything I can do to make them go away its kind of embarrassing 😔 almost too embarrassing for me to wear shorts and short dresses in the summer 😕
