Hard time exercising
Is anyone else having a hard time getting light exercise in? I’ve been so exhausted lately but I can feel my body getting weak so I decided to try and get myself to do some light walking, I did a brisk walk yesterday and just did a 15 minute walk on the treadmill today in the AC. After I did a few squats which all felt great at the time but after I stopped I got really light headed and a bit woozy to the point where I just want to go lay down and nap. I really didn’t do that much so I don’t know why my body is acting this way, I also made sure to drink plenty of water. Is anyone else having this issue at 32 weeks? I have a two year old I have to chase all day so I don’t really get down time to relax.
