I did, but after trying them I realized that it just keeps the sperm in your vaginal canal, but not close to your cervix. I mean, those sperm would have to do a flying leap to get near your cervix! I just elevate my hips for a few minutes after sex, even though its said to be unnecessary.

We used instead cups this time and I'm still in the tww. At 3dpo started having heartburn and still do. 4dpo light "af"cramps ,nausea ,very tired moody bbs a little sore and Tmi but I keep getting were cm in panties. Idk what all these symptoms are from and I pray this is our month but we'll see.
