Yes and after my second and third too. I have a great career that keeps growing. I’m more than just a mom and my career means a lot to me

I’m lucky enough to get to stay home. 
I’m also lucky enough to have a job that I can go back to when I decide to.

i wanted to and planned to but my daughter was birn with major heart defect and organ defects so wasnt able to 9 years later and still cant. i have tried two dofferent jobs but with 2 to 4 doc appt a month 4 hours away and random hospital stays it just isnt possible. now my youngest has seziures and has his own appoitments 4 hours away so really really not possible.

I had a full time and part time job after my first. I ended up quitting my full time job because administration broke my contract without notice. So now I stay home during the day with my son and in 3 months daughter and work nights/weekends.

I wish I didn’t have to. But we can’t afford for me to not work right now so I went back after my first and after my second

I'm actually starting back work in a weeks time, my LO will be 3 months and idk how I will feel leaving him but my job pays well and I love my career also have bills that needs to be paid lol I will keep telling myself its for a good and i'm not leaving my LO on purpose 😁

So for me I went back but part time, I got a job at the town I live in and work Tuesday, wed, and Thursday 5 am to 8 am! I actually applied for the job because I went back to work when my daughter was  6 months old and by that time she was breastfeeding every 4 hrs. It waa a really good decision for us personally still there and she is now 2 and we are expecting twins! I will go back to my part time job after they are born as well!
