Could this be signs of pregnancy???

Okay so I recently lost my virginity to an old friend, and a week later I started having weird stomach pains. I had sex with protection, and he pulled out right when he was about to finish. It also happened when I was 3 days Into my period, 3 days remaining. So I’m like 99.9% sure there’s no way I should be pregnant. It happened on June 13, and ever since June 21-23 (most recent date I remember) I’ve been having daily stomach aches and as well as daily diarrhea.

I spoke to my doctor yesterday and she said that I should wait until I’m due for my next period (around July 8) and keep her updated if I miss my period or if my stomach issues continue.

I need advice on if I should be worried or not. Please help!!
