First iui

I have my first iui scheduled for this Friday at 11am I triggered Wednesday night at 11pm ....I have 2 good follicles the biggest at 20 mm when measured on Wednesday, that one is in my right ovary that I did surgery on last year to remove a dermoid cyst from....I have been cramping really bad on that side for the past two days and today is worst...I’m now concerned I might get already be ovulating....plus most people I see on here is having iui 24 hrs after trigger....
