large labia 😬

This is a difficult topic for me but I need help/advice, I am 15 and I have had large/irregular labia for many many years - yet it is getting worse and bigger. It creates a bulge and I don't know how to prevent this. I generally hate the appearance of it so much and I can't talk to anyone I know about it. What should I do?! It's around 2" please please help!
