Should i worry?

At my 26 week appointment, my fundal height was 30 cm. At my 29 week appointment, my fundal height was 30 cm. Today, at my 31 week appointment, my fundal height is 29 cm. Why is it decreasing? My doctor wasn't worried, didn't mention a growth scan or anything. But I am super worried... should I be? What could cause this?

Don't worry. Fundal height is more of a guide than a rule. So many things can influence the measurement, especially baby's position.

I wouldn't be too worried. It's only 1-2cm 'behind'. I'd say babies positioning had something to do with it 😊 mine is about 5 weeks behind (keeping in mind my babies positioning had changed and she has been head down since roughly 28 weeks). We were sent for a growth scan and the baby is fine. They usually aren't concerned unless it's under or over the 2 week mark, even then, it's a standard measurement system for everyone and in saying that everyone's body is different. Try not to stress, they will monitor this as you get further along 💕

It’s not all that accurate and different nurses can measure slightly different. 1 cm isn’t much and they say as long as your about 2 cm within the amount of weeks you are your measuring accordingly
