Please help!!!!

We weren’t actively trying this month but I always take my temp anyway to check ovulation each month.

We had sex on and off during my fertile week.

My temp dropped down quiet a lot yesterday so I was already expecting my period today like clock work.

Well my period came. Not heavy but not light either. I took my temp anyway and it spiked up quite a lot. Yesterday was 97.3 today it’s 99.3.

I don’t have heavy cramping I’m just overly tired. I don’t know how to explain this. I feel like I’m heavily medicated but I’m not. My mind is really tired. I don’t know how else to explain this.

Weirdly my period is not heavy but I wouldn’t considerate it light either. I would say between a light and a medium flow I don’t know if that’s make sense. But I feel very weird. I’m so tired I can’t even speak. I don’t know. And once in a while I would feel pulling on my left side. Sort of a weird feeling never felt before.

Why would my temp spike up the day AF shows? Please helppp
