Need positive words...
Having a rough mental health day I guess. I'm around 6 weeks pregnant but struggling. I don't feel pregnant but I'm looking 6 months bloated, losing my hair (seems like a crap ton), and kinda internally panicking about the progression of the pregnancy and (I know it's early) but feeling terrified of the birthing process, my first checkup (July 9th), and how I'll feel/look after pregnancy, and if I'll be a good mom.... racing thoughts.
