Can u get pregnant the day after ur period ends? I mean the day after like say it ends on July 12th can u get pregnant the 13th aren't u really fertile the day after???

It's possible to "conceive" at any time really. Conception doesn't necessarily happen right after having sex. Sperm can last (I believe) around 72 hours so they may reach the egg a few days after having had sex. 
It's definitely possible.

You can get pregnant technically any day of the month if you are extremely fertile but most likely when you ovulate
