Have you ever tried Contrave (or other prescription weight loss medication)?

I’ve been on contrave for three months and have lost 15 pounds. I like it it helps with the cravings and makes you think more about what you’re going to put in your mouth

I tried phentermine for several years and liked it but it was a quick fix to only gain it all back plus some after you ween off of it. I probably lost 50lbs very quickly on phentermine with moderate exercise and healthy eating. But had to watch heart rate and legit gaining all back plus 10 every time I stopped. Endless useless cycle. Lol
I tried HCG diet but of course that just got me pregnant....but I lost 10lbs beforehand. 
I tried Belviq for kicks and giggles but even Dr told me a head of time that it wouldn’t work. It was pointless. 
My weightloss doctor recently prescribed me Saxenda buy I haven’t taken it. #1 bc I had just found out I was pregnant after I picked it up from pharmacy. #2 bc there’s just not enough evidence to show it doesn’t cause cancer. Studies are very slim and it was originally a diabetes drug but fda approved a much stronger dose of it for weight loss since so many were losing weight on it. I want more studies before I decide to use it. Also, it’s outrageously expensive. Luckily my insurance paid and I only had to come out of pocket like $20 but I have a friend who had to come out of pocket $1,000!!!!! 
I’ve never tried contrave but I will look it up.

I also used Phenteramine and all it did was make me sick, make my heart race. I only took half a pill for a while. It worked when I actually counted calories. But not any other time. We are staying under 85 grams of carbs a day and doing better with this than the pills!

I used Phentermine aka Adipex and it curbed my hunger like no other! It also made me hyper, like I WANTED to get up and do stuff. I would recommend. But I’ve never even heard of what you’re talking about.
