Should i confess that I used to like him?

Would you tell someone you used to like that you used to have a crush on them bc you weren’t sure of yours and their feelings at the time even thought you kinda got over them but if they ever were interested you’d still go back to liking them anyways? Or is that stupid and a waste of time since you already moved on sorta? I feel like it would’ve been better to say something rather than say nothing and regret it always being curious? I don’t really think he liked me or anyone and still probably doesn’t and isn’t interested in dating right now but should I take the chance anyways? If so how should I say it without being weird about it?
