Will i get pregnant?

I took my FIRST birth control last week Sunday, the first few days I have been taking them at the same time everyday.

After that, I took them everyday at random time... will I still get pregnant if I didn’t take them at the same time everyday even if I took them every night?

Let me remind you guys, this is my first time using birth control. I don’t remember what the doctor said, but I will call her tomorrow if necessary. I just want to ask you guys first.
