Natural Thrush remedy
Anyone done natural remedies to cure nipple thrush? I'm exclusively pumping, so luckily baby doesn't have it. But my nipples burn throughout the day, are red and beyond sore. I'm assuming it's thrush.... I've heard baking soda, apple cider vinegar, etc. I just wanna know how long til I feel results.
