Hello to all you beautiful ladies!

My husband and I are TTC after waiting 12 years. We have a daughter and I put having baby #2 on hold after I had her. I do not have PCOS, but I was put on Metformin for pre-diabetes. My doctor wants me to be in the normal range when i become pregnant. My question is how many of you became pregnant with Metformin. Did any of you have twins? I'm just curious. my doctor said this makes women ovulate more and may increase chance of twins.
