My morning sickness is back?!!?!

Guys I am miserable! My morning sickness kicked in at about 8 weeks and I threw up every morning like clockwork until week 14. I’m now 16 weeks and the last two weeks I’ve had occasional nausea but no vomiting until yesterday when it came back! And again today :( both times, on my way to work, while driving (my worst nightmare!) why is this happening? Could it just be the heat?

My obgyn told me this was common. Mine is not every single day anymore but it still happens. I go 1 or 2 days and I’m golden; then I’ll have 1 or 2 days where I feel miserable, nothing sounds good and I’m sick. It is improving, though. He said the days will continue to reduce until it goes away. With my first pregnancy it went away completely around 17-18weeks. I’m 15 weeks with this one and it’s improving but definitely not gone. Something that helps is eating a small meal thats high in protein right before bed. I don’t wake up as hungry and don’t get as sick. Hang in there, it will get better!

I’m 18 weeks and still taking Unisom and B6 to keep the nausea away! 🙈

Also sleep. If I sleep bad then for sure I will be vomiting and miserable all day.
