copper iud in or out?

hey guys i have had this iud in for about three weeks i have had nothing more then pain blood and more blood they said heavy but the pain with it omfg its so bad pain killers work but i am limited on what i can take as i have gillberts syndrom and my body regects some meds like parasetamol i cant get out of bed as its to painfull i beed out every time i stand

up my back it like mothe f***** painful and im all over yhe place what do i do take it out or see my doctor for the millionth time ....................................................................................................................there will be some picture that are tmi so just a warning and the tissue was just dabbed and thats about how much i bleed may be more down the loo
