Recently I’ve been on Birth control (Depo), I was on it for about 6 months but stopped getting my shot in may .I haven’t gotten a real period for many many months now and it’s starting to become a problem because my fiancé and I are trying to conceive . Does anyone know of any ways or anything that can help me get back to my normal cycle or any ways I can get help trying to conceive ?
