It won't indicate anything. You'll always get the same reaction. 
But... If you feel like poisoning yourself. 
It's a super effective way to create amonia gas. If you're gonna be crazy a least do it outside.

Don't do it. If you are that desperate, go to the nearest Walmart, Dollar store or Dollar Tree and buy a test for $1.
