Is it possible it but clomid over the counter?? I'm pretty sure my tubes are closed but don't have insurance to get the test done. My Dr can't prescribe anything until I get the test. So I'm trying to find a way to get it with out a prescription

If your tubed are closed clomid won't do anything to help that. Clomid just increases egg release, so it would be very dangerous and unhelpful to take clomid if that is truly the case.

No, you can't. But if your tubes are closed clomid won't help anyway.  If your in the states, have you tried to get Obama care? That should have some affordable options for you if your lower income. It will be helpful for you to see your Ob/gyn to check your tubes and also if you become pregnant, you'll have insurance.
