Help!

I am 15 weeks and 2 days. Yesterday went to my obgyn everything was great from her length to heartbeat. I had an ectopic in 2016 so I only have one tube lost my right and on my right ovary I have a cyst. Today I peed and it was a normal yellowish color no bleeding no blood on toilet paper on on panties but when I looked at the toilet bowl at the very bottom there was like 5 small crumb looking circles with like tiny hairs or something on them and they looked like either a dark brown or a dark brown and red. I couldn’t really tell because they were pretty small. Has this happened to anyone? And I feel fine no discomfort or pain.
