Would you go on a trip?

I am 33 weeks right now. We are planning on going to the beach..just a quick 2 day trip in 2 weeks so I’ll be 35 weeks. Is this okay or do u think it’s too close?

it depends on how far of a trip it is. are you driving or flying? is there a hospital you are comfortable with if anything were to happen or is it a tiny town?

I am 35 weeks and have just got back from a trip that took 4 hours each way in the car. I loved it, paddled in the sea, sat under an umbrella on a sun lounger and was in and out of the pool. I think if you feel healthy you should definitely go! Just make sure you stay hydrated and take a pillow for the car. Hope you have a lovely time of you choose to go :) x

I’m going about 3 hours away to the beach for a few days at 35 weeks. I’m just going to cross my fingers and hope it all works out! My first two were born at 39 weeks, so I’m thinking it should be ok.

Personally I wouldn’t but I know my body and how quickly my babies come. Also I’m way uncomfortable and don’t feel like doing anything, all I want to do is sit down or sleep

I plan on doing the same thing before she arrives and I want to have some quality time with my 3 boys before she is born

Depends on how far away. My doctor said not to be more than 2 hours away at 36 weeks.

I plan on going up to my SIL’s for a few days and she’s a 3 hour drive. We also have a bunch of camping trips coming up, but I made sure we will be less that an hour from the hospital at each place.

I'm 33 weeks and am going away for 1 week at 34 weeks. my doctor gave me the ok 😎 check with your doctor but I'm sure it's fine. have fun!

With my second I started to go into labor at 36 weeks and then ultimately had him at 37 + 2 so with this one I don’t plan on  going very far from home starting around 35 weeks just to be on the safe side.
