Razor Bumps help!!!

Razor Bumps help!!!!!!!so I have always wanted to wear a one piece bathing suit with high cut but due to these annoying razor bumps I never have so I stick to hi waist bikini please help what should I do? Does anyone else deal with this plus the anxiety that comes with going swimming or even the beach?
