I need your help! I didn't know where else to post this but I assume this group is good. I am a Paralegal student and I need to submit a Deed of Conveyance as part of an assignment. The problem is, I don't know what exactly a Deed of Conveyance is! I have looked and looked and looked! So far the only information I gained is, I think, that a Deed of Conveyance is basically any type of sale deed. Am I right? What am I looking for? Can someone please explain what exactly a Deed of Conveyance is? Is a General Warranty Deed a type of Deed of Conveyance? Help me.. please!
