Fitness and 5 weeks pregnant
So I'm just curious to know who worked out pre pregnancy and during pregnancy. Specifically first trimester.
Before getting pregnant I worked out 3 to 4 days a week and kept my heart rate at 165 at highest.
I'm wanting to know from those of you that have gone through this or are currently going through this, where do you cap your heart rate to stay safe?
Ive heard 145 to 150 bpm. Others have said so that you're not breathless and can still talk.
