When to take the pill
I live in Illinois and will be traveling to Vegas for 4 days in July. I normally take my pill at 10pm. So if it is 10pm right now I’m Illinois, that means it’s 8pm I’m Vegas. Should I be taking my pill at 8pm while on vacation?
