The pain is above a 10

So I started having pains like a kidney stone basically two days ago well now my right side abdomen and lower back both hurt to the point I can barely move and it still feels like something is stuck in my Urinary tract if I had a way to get home I’d call a ambulance and I have no one to take me right now but I seriously can’t handle this pain and I have to work tomorrow
