A little help please ladies?

Has anybody personally experienced PMS spotting AND implantation spotting? not at the same time obviously. Just trying to find out the noticable differences between the 2. TIA ♡

Hi! I’ve had both and spotted during implementation with my first son around 2-2.5 weeks pregnant. I felt worst cramping then usual, cramped consistent throughout the day and the blood was bright red. Usually I bled when I used be bathroom or got a cramp. Mine lasted a few weeks but my son was born happy and healthy. :)
