Does anyone have to get up through the night to change their tampon/pad because you bled completely through it?

Umm...you should never wear a tampon more then 4 hrs...so yes if you have a tampon in.

But a pad, yea ive had to change them every once in a while...just heavy flow days

I've had heavy days, but I always have a lighter flow during the night.
