His family hates me 💁🏻

So me and my boyfriend have been together 4 years, I’m currently 8 months pregnant and extremely sick and we also have a 3 year old... recently his grandfathers ex told me they were saying all these things about me (him n grandfather) so when he came home I asked him about it... he was extremely offended that she would cause that kind of drama and stress on me, he instantly called his grandfather and his grandfather lost his shit at her. She messaged my boyfriends mom saying she wanted help “getting rid of me” and his mom called him and asked wtf was going on.... Eventually his sister got involved and told me off and said I was in the wrong I shouldn’t have told him she said those things and then made shit up and told my bf.... clearly him and his grandfather and mom are on my side but sister and ex grandmother or whatever they call her literally want me dead!
