Had unprotected sex twice this morning with my boyfriend, he came inside me both times. We went and got the generic version of Plan B took it immediately; is there any chance I could be pregnant or could I just be paranoid?

You’re most likely not pregnant. The plan b pill works great if you take it immediately like you did. There’s no time for sperm to reach egg if you took plan b immediately.
