Worried

I used to be very accurate on my period was always on time no more than 3 days late && no more than 3 days early. Last month && this month seem to be off iam now about 10days late have been having lots of heart burn but besides that everything seems pretty normal. I been trying to get pregnant for about 6months now && nothing, today I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. What should I do?
