GIVING UP/LEAVING

So my boyfriend and I have been together for 6 months and lately he hasn’t been putting in any time or committed/communication into our relationship ; it’s to the point where I’m just ready to throw our entire relationship away. I love him dearly but lately it’s just been a headache. Should I continue to fight for what’s mine or give up and leave. He has been avoiding sex and small dates ; I’m honestly starting to thing that there may be someone else secretly in the picture. He have yet to cheat on me but things haven’t been the same compared to when we first met.
