What were your signs of labor?

Just curious- did you have any signs of labor right before your labor started?

Water broke! Then contractions started about 3 hours later.

With my first- I had cramping and then ( sorry tmi) diarrhea, and the cramping got worse and worse throughout the day. My second I was induced so I can't say for that one! And my third, they were going to induce me at 37w due to borderline pre-e, they hospitalized me for 3 days, sent me home on a Sunday. Mainly rested Sunday and Monday. Woke up that Tues bc I felt something wet- my water had broken! I was only 36&1, guess little lady didn't want to wait til the following week to meet us😊 It took a bit for my contractions to start after my water broke.

I didn't with my 1st daughter I woke up hurting and went in and was aready 4 cm

Sharp pain in the back
Pressure on the pelvis

I didn't have anything at all. I went in to my 39 wk apt and was 4 cm dialated. They ended up inducing me later that night for "boarder line pre-eclampsia" which was code for that ob wanted to get paid for catching a baby.
