Can anyone help me with diet tips for weight loss and exercises that don’t involve the gym as the gym membership here is unreal expensive . I way 145 pounds and I should be 115 for my age and height I feel gross in my body. I’ve tried diets like cutting out most carbs and stuff but Yano how it is food is my life 😂 I put in most my weight after I got out of an abusive relationship and my life was dead end. But now I want to start loosing the pounds and glow up. Need to loose weight on my belly and things mostly 😫
