Can anyone recommend anything that helps with weight loss?
I’m currently walking about an hour and a half a day (around 10,000 steps) and I’m eating healthy. I’ve cut out fizzy drinks and only snacking on fruit or low calorie items.
So far in 2 months and a half months I’ve lost 9lb 4 ounces but in the past 2 weeks I haven’t lost anything. I’ve just maintained the same weight.
I’m due to be a bridesmaid in November and I want to look nice in the photos so I’ve only got the next 4/5 months to lose what I can and tone my body.
Any help is appreciated! ❤️❤️
