I have a reoccurring clogged duct.

The last two times it went away within a few hours

This time it has not :(

It’s been a little over 24hours

We are out of town right now so it’s been a little hard for me to pump right after

But I’ve been massaging it and now I’m using heat right before nursing.

I’m just scared it’s been this long..

Can anyone relate or give me some advice?

I really don’t want to lose my supply either :(

I’ve tied it to this stupid vneck shirt. Everytime I have worn it I get this same duct clogged

Idk why I was so stupid to wear it again. Ugh.

I’m just scared right now, I’m so scared of mastitis and bf ending :(
