Period cramps
I’ve felt like I have period cramps for the past three hours not too painful.. I’d say their 4/10 on pain scale but they are just a constant discomfort.. baby goes wild too... my question is... I’m assuming these are “Braxton Hicks” right? Because I would time them but I’m not sure when exactly they start and end I just feel a discomfort happening ...... if that makes sense?
