Anyone achy? I’m 16 weeks tomorrow. They don’t really feel like cramps just achyness.

I wake up feeling tight and achy every day. I just try to stretch in the morning and before bed. 10 minutes is all I need and it makes a huge difference!

I’m so achy and tender. I think the baby is probably going through a growth spurt or something because last time I felt like this was a day or two before waking up to a little bump!

I just feel achy every time I wake up. Never sleep comfortable and wake up sore. But it goes away as I start moving around
